Sinno Stone supplies, fabricates and installs quartz, sintered stone, porcelain slab, granite, quartzite and marble for countertops, wall cladding, flooring and facades. Every slab is cut on our own bridge saw and CNC line in Shah Alam, then fitted by a team led by a local Sifu, with the template and the warranty staying with us.
How We Work
One Point of Contact, From Slab Selection to Final Fit
Most stone suppliers are traders. They sell you the slab, then pass the cutting to one workshop and the fitting to another, which is exactly where measurement errors, mismatched veining and delays creep in. Sinno Stone runs its own bridge saw and CNC line in Shah Alam, so the people cutting your slab work to our template, not a forwarded sketch.
Installation is done by one of more than seven partner teams we’ve worked with for years, each led by a local Malaysian Sifu. We don’t send a team unless that Sifu is on site running the job. The measurement, the template and the 12-month workmanship warranty stay with Sinno, so if anything is off with the fit, you call us, not the installer.
That control covers the full range, from quartz and sintered stone to porcelain slab, granite, quartzite and marble. It’s also why we can give you a realistic price and timeline on your first message, rather than a placeholder figure that changes once a subcontractor gets involved.

Three Ways We Put Stone Into a Home
Countertops, wall cladding and flooring make up most of what we do. Each one is measured, cut and fitted to the same standard, whichever material you choose.
Countertops: Kitchen Top, Island Top & Vanity Top
The service that put us in 4,800 homes. Kitchen tops along the wall run, island tops with a breakfast-counter overhang, and bathroom vanity tops, in quartz, sintered stone, countertop-grade porcelain, granite or quartzite. Sink and hob cutouts are done on the CNC line, not on site.
Depth: 600mm along the wall run, 600–1000mm on an island, depending on breakfast-counter overhang.
Edge: mitred join, 5mm reveal with handled cabinetry, 25mm without, for finger clearance.
Sink cutouts: 50mm+ margin from any edge. Wide top-mount basins are where that margin matters most.

Stone Wall Cladding
Feature walls, TV walls and wet walls in sintered stone, porcelain slab, granite or marble. Panels are bookmatched or linear-matched so the veining runs continuously across the join instead of stopping at it.
Pricing: slab cost + RM20/sqft fabrication + RM30/sqft install. Priced per panel, not a flat supply-and-install rate.
Install: full cement-bond recommended on large panels. Sintered stone has no resin backing, so it resists scratches but not impact, and dry-fix mounting raises crack risk.
Marble: a strong fit here, since a wall doesn’t see the acid and knocks a kitchen top does. Still needs sealing.
Stone Flooring
Large-format slabs in quartz, sintered stone or porcelain, cut to a custom module rather than a standard tile size, with an anti-slip finish for wet areas and covered outdoor decks that see Malaysian humidity all year.
Pricing: slab cost + cutting charge. RM7/sqft in quartz, RM10/sqft in sintered stone.
Use: living areas, corridors, and covered outdoor decks.
Natural stone: granite and marble flooring are quoted per project. Marble needs sealing and a matte or honed finish underfoot.
Beyond the Countertop
What We Get Asked For Once the Kitchen’s Done
Most of these are quoted alongside a countertop or cladding job so there’s one schedule and one point of contact.
Backsplashes
A slab or panel backsplash cut from the same material as your countertop, so the veining continues up the wall. Usually done with the countertop job rather than on its own.
Bathroom Vanity & Wet Walls
Vanity tops and wet-wall panels in quartz, sintered stone, porcelain or marble. Sink cutouts sit 50mm+ from any edge. Marble is at home here, where it’s away from lime, vinegar and hot pans.
Cabinet Doors & Panels
Sintered stone fronts in place of laminate, with veining that mirrors your countertop. Edges finished with a pencil round or 3mm chamfer. A true bullnose or ogee isn’t possible on sintered stone, and a sharp 1mm edge chips on light knocks.
Facade & Outdoor
Exterior panels in sintered stone or granite. For full sun and rain, Dekton is the sintered stone to specify, since it’s UV-certified for outdoor use. Quartz can fade in prolonged direct sun, so we don’t put it on a facade. Quoted per project.
Commercial Fit-Outs
Same material range and fabrication process, scaled for F&B counters, retail, office pantries and reception desks, with the schedule worked around your handover date.
Restoration & Maintenance
Chip repair on existing surfaces, repolishing where the material supports a true mechanical polish, and re-sealing on granite, marble and quartzite. For the day-to-day side, read the care and maintenance guide first; most of what we’re called out for is avoidable.
Old Surface Dismantling
Hack-out and haul-away of existing tile, laminate or stone, quoted alongside the new fitting job so there’s one schedule to manage and no gap between the two.

Showroom Selection
Pick the actual slab, not a sample chip. Colour and veining vary from slab to slab, even within one material, and the showroom in Shah Alam holds over 100 stones.
On-Site Measurement
We template your space to the millimetre before anything gets cut. The template stays with Sinno, so the cutting and the fitting work from the same numbers.
In-House Fabrication
Bridge saw and CNC work happens in our own Shah Alam workshop, sink and hob cutouts included. In-stock materials are ready within 7 working days; special orders take 21–28 days including overseas shipping.
Sifu-Led Installation
A local Sifu leads every job on site. Most kitchens are fitted in a single day, and the 12-month workmanship warranty is Sinno’s, not the installer’s.

The Slab Library
Six Materials, One Workshop
Not every stone earns a place in every application. Here’s the honest one-line version of each; the material pages go deeper.
Quartz
Engineered and non-porous, so spills don’t soak in and there’s nothing to seal. Handles everyday cleaners without damage. Best for kitchen tops, island tops, vanity tops and indoor flooring. Not for facades, since prolonged direct sun can fade the colour.
Brands: Zenstone and Moonstone (house), Caesarstone and Silestone (authorised partner).
Sintered Stone
A pressed, printed surface, so colour and pattern range is close to unlimited. Scratch-resistant but not impact-resistant, because there’s no resin layer. Strong for countertops, cladding, flooring and cabinet fronts. Indoors, Moca Compact and Dekton perform much the same; what Dekton adds is UV certification for facades, heat resistance to 300°C and a larger slab.
Brands: Moca Compact (house), Dekton (authorised partner).
Porcelain Slab
Two grades, and they’re not interchangeable. Wall/flooring-grade is about 6mm with a printed pattern on a white core, fine where edges are hidden by grout or skirting. Countertop-grade is 9–12mm or more and full-body colour, so a sink cutout doesn’t show a white ring at the edge. Even then, expect a pencil round or 3mm chamfer only, and treat the edges with more care than quartz.
Granite
Quarried stone, so every slab’s veining is one-of-one. A solid general-purpose choice across countertops, cladding, flooring and facades. Needs periodic sealing. Quoted per slab and project, since there’s no fixed price list.
Quartzite
Natural and heat-resistant, the material of choice for the run nearest a hob. Watch for suppliers who sell granite labelled as quartzite; ours is the real thing. Quoted per slab and project.
Marble
The premium look, with a caveat: it’s porous and acid-sensitive, so lime, vinegar and curry will etch a kitchen top. Stronger as wall cladding, flooring and vanity tops, where it’s sealed and away from the cooking. Quoted per slab and project.
House brands and partner brands: Zenstone and Moonstone are Sinno Stone’s own quartz lines, and Moca Compact is our house sintered stone. All three are made by our manufacturing partners in China and imported directly, so the saving is the distributor margin, not the freight. Caesarstone, Silestone and Dekton are the authorised-partner brands we carry alongside them; every Caesarstone slab comes through the brand’s official South East Asia branch in Singapore with its colour code and batch, which is what keeps the manufacturer warranty valid.

How Each Service Is Priced
Sinno Stone exists because countertop pricing in Malaysia used to be a guessing game. So here’s the structure, before you ask.
Countertops
One figure per square foot, supply and install combined. Quartz from RM 110/sqft (Zenstone), sintered stone from RM 110/sqft (Moca Compact). Premium brands start higher: Moonstone RM 182, Dekton RM 248, Silestone RM 282, Caesarstone RM 332.
2026 price list, lowest colour in each brand. The colour you pick sets the final rate; every colour and its rate is listed in the shop.
Wall Cladding
Slab cost + RM20/sqft fabrication + RM30/sqft install. Priced per panel, so a bookmatched pair costs what two panels cost, not a blended rate.
Slab cost depends on the material and colour chosen.
Flooring
Slab cost + cutting charge: RM7/sqft in quartz, RM10/sqft in sintered stone. Custom module sizes don’t change the rate.
Dismantling of old flooring is quoted separately on the same invoice.
Natural Stone & Facade
Granite, quartzite and marble are quoted per slab and per project, because every slab is different and there’s no fixed price list. Facade work is quoted per project once we’ve seen the elevation.
Bring a floor plan or elevation and we’ll price it properly, not roughly.
What’s included: measurement, templating, cutting, sink and hob cutouts, delivery within the Klang Valley and Sifu-led installation. Outstation delivery and old-surface dismantling are itemised on the quote, not hidden in the rate.

Before You Ask for a Quote

In-stock materials are ready within 7 working days of templating. Special-order colours take 21–28 days, which includes overseas shipping, fabrication and installation, and can run longer if customs clearance is slow. The install itself is usually one day for a standard kitchen.
Yes, and it’s the most common request. We cut the cladding, backsplash or cabinet fronts from the same slab batch as the countertop so the colour and veining line up. Tell us at the quote stage, since it affects how many slabs we reserve.
It’s scratch-resistant but not impact-resistant. Sintered stone has no resin layer, so a hard knock on a dry-fixed panel can crack it. That’s why we recommend a full cement-bond install on large panels, which supports the whole back of the slab instead of a few clips.
No. Wall/flooring-grade porcelain has the pattern printed on a white core, so the moment we cut a sink hole the edge shows a white ring. Countertop-grade porcelain is full-body colour and thicker, so the edge matches the surface. The two grades are priced differently because they’re different products.
Finger clearance. With no handle, you open the door by pulling under the countertop edge, and a 5mm reveal leaves nothing to grip and knocks against unbanded plywood. With handled cabinetry we drop the reveal to 5mm for a slimmer look.
Yes, in the right material. Dekton is UV-certified for outdoor use and holds up to Malaysian sun and rain, and granite is a natural fit outdoors. We don’t put quartz on a facade or a fully exposed outdoor kitchen, because prolonged direct sun can fade it and outdoor use is excluded from the quartz warranty.
Only if you accept how it ages. Marble is porous and acid-sensitive, so lime, vinegar, curry and turmeric will etch and stain it even when sealed. It’s a stronger choice for wall cladding, flooring and bathroom vanity tops. If you want the marble look on a hob run, a marble-look quartz or sintered stone gives you the veining without the upkeep.
No. The “polished” finish on sintered stone is a heat-fused gloss coating about 1mm thick, not a mechanical polish like granite or quartz. It can dull over years of use and show hairline scratches underneath, and it can’t be brought back with a repolish the way natural stone can. If that bothers you, pick a matte or honed sintered stone, which has no coating to wear.
Ask for the colour code and batch, and check it against the brand’s own catalogue. We’re an authorised partner for all three; Caesarstone slabs come through the brand’s official South East Asia branch in Singapore, and the manufacturer warranty is only registered when the slab arrives through official channels. If another quote for the same brand sits far below the rates on our brand pages, it’s most likely a lookalike.

Yes, in Ipoh, Penang and Johor, with transport itemised on the quote. For Singapore we supply and fabricate only, priced in MYR; a Johor partner handles measurement, customs, transport and installation on the Singapore side and bills that separately in SGD.
Two layers. The manufacturer’s product warranty on quartz and sintered stone (up to 25 years on Dekton, brand-dependent on the others), and Sinno’s own 12-month workmanship warranty on the fit. Natural stone doesn’t carry a product warranty, since porosity, fissures and colour variation are inherent to the material.
